Google Penguin Algorithm Updates in Sep 2016

Google Penguin

Google Penguin is a code name (As per wikipedia (Largest encyclopedia of the world) a code name or cryptonym is a word or name used, sometimes clandestinely to refer to another name, word, project or person.) for a google algorithm update that was first announced on April 24, 2012. The update is aimed at decreasing search engine rankings of websites that violate Google’s Webmaster Guidelines by using now declared black-hat SEO techniques involved in increasing artificially the ranking of a webpage by manipulating the number of links pointing to the page. Such tactics are commonly described as link schemes.

According to Google’s John Mueller, Google has announced all update to the Penguin filter to the public.

It is commonly known that if you have more backlinks to your website than you have more good ranking in google search. The problem is getting links back to your website is not an easy thing to do. People cheat when difficult tasks starts. Penguin is designed to punish those who are cheating though backlinks by buying backlinks from SEO Service Providers or SEO Service Providing Companies or sometimes people exchange links back to their websites. If you are not involved in paid link than no need to worry at all from Google Penguin because it will not punish you till you’re not involved in this crime (as per Google Penguin).
